We develop tools for maintaining context across AI sessions, recording agent activity, and working with the information those systems produce.
We use AI agents for architecture, implementation, testing, and review. We also develop the tools used to manage those agents and preserve their work between sessions.
The code is checked through automated tests and use of the applications. Architecture decisions and their reasoning are recorded alongside it.
Local encrypted storage, inspectable records, and explicit controls recur across the projects.
For example, saving a memory is separate from adding it to an agent’s future prompts. Recorded events can be replayed to reconstruct earlier state. These are concrete behaviors specified in the design and checked in tests.

Steel Sky LLC was founded in Pittsburgh by Jeff Weinstein. Previously, Jeff spent over a decade at PopCap Games, where he was the eighth employee.
The studio’s early work was in mobile applications. Its focus is now AI development, including agent tools, .NET libraries, and desktop software.
Steel Sky is independent, self-funded, and based in Tel Aviv.
